PPG Industries for the Johnstone's Decorating Centre in Aston (Birmingham) is seeking a Store Manager for a permanent, full-time position. You will lead daily store operations, serve customers, and train staff in product selection and brand promotion.

Qualifications

• Previous store management or supervisory experience desirable.
• Experience in a customer facing environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Good understanding of IT systems.
• Flexibility towards working hours and duties.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the store and ensure staff and customers have what they need.
• Serve customers at the trade counter and in-store in a friendly, professional manner.
• Undertake training to confidently select products and promote the brand.
• Ensure the store is well-presented and clean at all times.
• Follow stock procedures by receiving deliveries and keeping shelves stocked.
