Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an ambitious Associate Director for their established architectural practice in Epsom. The role focuses on leading operations, expanding the office of about 15 staff, and driving client relationships across sectors such as Commercial, Science, Leisure, Healthcare and Education.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage resources
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify revenue opportunities
• Strong networking skills and professional relationship building
• Excellent financial acumen including fee management and cost control
• Aspiration to become Equity Partner of the firm
• Good knowledge of Revit

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficiency and resource allocation
• Play an integral role in expanding and developing the office
• Develop, maintain and expand client relationships and frameworks
• Lead key client commissions and frameworks, ensuring successful project delivery
• Coordinate business development initiatives with senior management
• Lead project teams across sectors from inception to completion
• Contribute to the firm's strategic direction and growth
