About the Role

We are seeking an Architect or experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join our team on an immediate short-term contract. The successful candidate will be available to start next week or the week after at the latest, with no notice period. This role focuses on delivering several Stage1+ design feasibility studies for care home projects across Wales. For the right candidate, this contract has the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Essential Requirements

• Immediate availability (no notice period).

• Strong design and technical skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in care home design is a significant advantage, although candidates from other relevant sectors will be considered.
