Recruit Build's Leeds-based architectural team seeks an Architectural Assistant, Technician or Technologist with a passion for 3D visualisation. Qualifications
- Proven 3D visualisation ability and technical flair.
- Strong knowledge of modern building technology, planning and regulations.
- Ability to produce feasibility studies, planning applications and working drawings.
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM, including modelling and BIM strategy.
- Experience with accommodation-based projects up to £8M is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects from feasibility through planning and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with construction and development teams to realise concepts.
- Develop detailed working drawings and BIM models.
- Apply planning regulations and building technology knowledge throughout design.
