Job summary

OutSystems Limited in the UK seeks a Senior Pre‑Sales & Delivery Architect to bridge sales enablement and project execution for Agentic AI and low‑code solutions. You will own technical blueprints and guide multi‑phase SOWs, roadmaps, and PoCs across complex engagements.

The role requires 6+ years in enterprise architecture or pre‑sales, with deep OutSystems expertise, AI orchestration experience, and strong Agile delivery fundamentals. London or UK‑based; hybrid work possible.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Pre‑Sales, or Technical Delivery within IT Professional Services.
• Proven success leading complex software deals and delivering enterprise applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Deep expertise in OutSystems low‑code platform and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture, multi‑agent orchestration, and data privacy guardrails.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery background and ability to define MVPs and SOWs.
• Dual‑mindset for pre‑sales discussions and hands‑on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Delivery managers to translate discovery into SOWs and roadmaps.
• Design demos, architectural spikes, and PoCs to prove feasibility, esp. AI integrations.
• Conduct AI‑readiness audits, assess integration paths, data readiness, and guardrails.
• Act as trusted technical authority during sales cycles for Enterprise Architects/CTOs.
• Lead the technical blueprint for enterprise‑scale apps and multi‑agent AI ecosystems.
• Perform code and architecture reviews, ensure security, performance, and scalability.
• Direct LLM orchestration, RAG, and HITL workflows on live projects.
• Package learnings into reusable delivery playbooks for faster, higher‑quality delivery.
