Job summary

Condy Lofthouse Architects are expanding our Liverpool studio and are seeking talented Architects with at least 5 years' post-Part III experience to join our team. This full-time, studio-based role involves leading projects, supporting both design and technical delivery, coordinating with consultants and clients, and overseeing on-site progress as projects develop.

A collaborative studio environment, strong Revit skills, and UK Building Regulations knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience across all RIBA stages.
• Proven experience delivering residential and healthcare projects.
• Excellent technical knowledge including UK Building Regulations and detailing.
• Ambitious in career progression.
• Confident communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a studio environment.
• Residence within a commutable distance of Liverpool.

Role Description

Condy Lofthouse Architects are expanding our studio team.

We are currently looking for talented and enthusiastic Architects with a minimum of 5 years’ post-Part III experience to join our Liverpool studio.

These opportunities would suit ambitious individual looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and design-focused practice, contributing to a range of complex medium and large-scale projects across multiple sectors.

This is a full-time, studio-based role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. As a practice, collaboration is central to the way we work and our studio environment reflects that approach.

The role will also involve occasional travel to sites, client meetings and overseeing works on site as projects progress.

Role
