This is an opportunity to join an AJ100 award-winning multidisciplinary architecture studio based in London. The practice is best known for its work in retrofit, sustainability and the adaptive reuse of existing buildings across multiple sectors.
The studio is looking for an Architect with approximately 3–5 years' post-Part 3 experience. They are seeking an architect who enjoys taking ownership of technical design packages and seeing projects through the later RIBA stages. This is a strong opportunity for someone who values the technical craft of the profession while remaining closely connected to the design intent that shapes each project.
Day to day, the role involves developing construction information in Revit, coordinating consultants, and resolving the technical challenges that inevitably arise as a project moves from concept into reality. You'll take responsibility for technical packages, working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that detail, buildability and design quality are maintained through to completion on site.
Architects with experience in retrofit, refurbishment, adaptive reuse or existing buildings will enjoy developing their skill set on live projects while broadening their technical expertise.
This is also a studio that takes long-term development and career progression seriously. Architects are given the opportunity to grow their technical expertise while remaining part of the wider creative conversation, rather than being siloed away from design decisions once a project reaches detailed design.
