Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Architectural professional to join a small multidisciplinary practice entering a period of growth after a merger. You will run projects from concept through planning, detailed design and technical delivery, with limited supervision, and you’ll engage directly with clients and consultants to shape outcomes.

The role focuses on UK projects across residential, leisure and commercial sectors, offering an opportunity to make a strong autonomous impact while the team

Qualifications

• Demonstrable UK experience on residential, leisure and/or commercial schemes.
• Proven ability to run jobs from concept through delivery with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable liaising with clients and consultants across projects.

Job description

A small multi-disciplinary that is entering a period of sustained growth due to a merger, is looking for its next Architectural talent.

You'll be joining a design team with over 30 years' experience working on residential, leisure and commercial projects across the UK, with specific focus and long term clients across the midlands.

Due to the size of the team, you'll be needed to step up and run jobs from start to finish - concept design, planning applications, detailed design and technical delivery, all without supervision. This means you can put your own stamp on things, deal with your clients and consultants as you see fit, and really let loose with your creativity.

You'll need demonstrable experience in the UK working on residential, leisure and/or commercial projects in a job running capacity.

We're offering a good salary, up to £45,000 and a real opportunity to prove your standalone capabilities and join a practice in its early stages of growth.
