Job summary

Poynton Bradbury Architects Limited in Exeter seeks a qualified ARB-registered architect to join their expanding team. You will run projects, contribute to design and technical delivery, and collaborate closely with colleagues across the Exeter studio.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, proactive organisation, and a passion for shaping a growing regional practice within the South West. Revit experience is a plus but not essential, with opportunities for professional development and

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect (ARB registered).
• Strong technical competence and design sensitivity.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work collaboratively.
• Good working knowledge of Revit beneficial, although not essential.
• Ability to take initiative and contribute to the development of the Exeter studio.

Responsibilities

• Run projects from inception to delivery across a broad range of sectors.
• Contribute to both the design and technical delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with the Exeter studio and wider team.
• Support growth and development of the regional studio.

Due to a series of exciting project wins and a rapidly expanding portfolio across Devon and Somerset, our Exeter studio is seeking a talented and proactive architect to join their friendly and professional team.

Applicants should be able todemonstrate experience of running projects. They should be keen to work alongside our current team and contribute to both the design and technical delivery of projects across a wide range of sectors.

We are looking for someone with a forward-thinking mindset, strong technical and design skills, and a genuine desire to contribute to a growing and ambitious team. Candidates would benefit from experience within a high-quality, design-led practice context.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Architect (ARB registered)

Strong technical competence and design sensitivity

Proactive, organised, and able to work collaboratively

Good working knowledge of Revit beneficial, although not essential

Ability to take initiative and contribute to the development of the Exeter studio
