LB Design Recruitment is working with a multidisciplinary design practice that specialises in architecture, landscape design, masterplanning, client services, and interior design. The practice has extensive experience delivering large-scale £10m+ projects across multiple sectors.

They are currently seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their small, creative, and passionate team based in Southampton.

Role Overview:

You’ll be involved in projects across all RIBA stages, developing both technical and functional design solutions. A key part of the role involves producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications, contributing to successful project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Fully qualified Architect (ARB-registered or equivalent) or Architectural Technologist.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in the UK.
• Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit.
• Experience delivering projects at RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
• Proven experience working on large-scale UK projects (£10m+).
• Based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in the UK.

Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. After a successful probation period, hybrid working is available, with only 50% of the working week required in the studio.
