About the role
We have a fantastic Customer Success team known for delivering exceptional customer service. This role will make you an integral part of a supportive team working together to prioritize our customers' needs.

As Legal Technologist, you will help our customers adopt new technology, provide training, and support queries. Acting as a customer advocate, you will share feedback and help improve the Exizent product continually.

Full-time, work from home opportunity. Working hours are typically 09:00 to 17:30 or 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility.

You should have experience working in a private client team on executory or probate work. This role offers a chance to leverage your knowledge and skills to support our customers and enhance our platform. Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding new customers
  • Manage multiple onboarding processes
  • Deliver customer training sessions
  • Provide first-line support via email, chat, and phone
  • Manage support tickets to resolution, escalating when necessary
  • Participate in customer webinars
  • Encourage platform adoption through coaching and education
  • Monitor platform usage and intervene as needed
  • Conduct review calls with customers
  • Gather and share customer feedback for product improvements
  • Create and update knowledge base articles
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of probate and our platform
