Are you a dynamic designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you looking to gain experience across a range of international projects? Benoy’s Architecture team are seeking creative and experienced Architects / Architectural Designers to join them on a 3-6 month fixed-term basis.

Are you a dynamic designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you looking to gain experience across a range of international projects? Benoy’s Architecture team are seeking creative and experienced Architects / Architectural Designers to join them on a 3-6 month fixed-term basis.

As an Architect you manage mid-scale, or aspects of large-scale architectural projects in the mixed-use, commercial, residential and retail projects through all aspects of design and development.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Revit user in a commercial practice structure.
• Technically savvy, with track record of working on large scale middle east projects.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in later stage project delivery is essential.
• Must be able to produce architectural packages with minimum supervision.
• Do you have good hand-sketching skills to convey your design ideas and concepts?
• Are you able to work collaboratively, or with autonomy as required?
• Are you a strong communicator, you effectively engage internal and external stakeholders?
• Do you have excellent 3D modelling skills and are proficient in Rhino and SketchUp?
• Are you degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification? Professional registration is preferred.

Design Expertise

• Deliver high quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking.
• Project Delivery.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
• Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills.
• Manage third parties according to the parameters of the project.

• Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities.
• Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.
