Job summary

The ideal candidate is ARB and RIBA registered with a minimum of 3 years post-Part III experience, strong design ability, and proficiency in CAD/BIM (Archicad is a plus).

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading project teams on a variety of exciting architectural projects. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial concept development to detailed design and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts, sketches, and visualizations.
• Produce high-quality drawings and technical documentation using CAD and BIM software. Experience of using Archicadwill be an advantage, but isn’t necessary
• Collaborate with Directors and project teams, leading the execution of architectural projects.
• prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Attend site visits and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulatory standards and contribute/influence the practices development.

Ideal candidate will have:

• ARB and RIBA registration
• A minimum of 3 years post-Part III experience
• Strong design ability
• Experience across RIBA Stages 2–6
• Proficiency in CAD software (Preferably Archicad.) and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A keen eye for detail and design.
• Ability to manage time efficiently prioritize tasks and lead a team
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction methods and technical detailing
• Experience leading projects or work packages
