Job summary

Rhythm Careers invites an Architect to join a Manchester-based practice with a strong delivery focus. You’ll work on residential-led mixed-use and commercial schemes across the UK, guiding projects from concept through construction documentation and delivery.

You’ll use Revit daily as part of a collaborative team, with emphasis on pushing projects through planning and technical stages. The firm offers a market-leading hybrid policy, including up to three days at home per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential-led mixed-use and commercial projects.
• Strong technical abilities across design development and construction documentation.
• Proficient with Revit and collaborating with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical documentation and construction drawings from planning to tender.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Contribute to retrofit and new-build strategies for UK schemes.

This architecture and design practice of 300, is recruiting an Architect with strong technical abilities to join their team.

You'll be working on residential led mixed use and commercial projects, consisting of new build and retrofit schemes across the U.K.

Using Revit, you'll be working as part of a team with a particular emphasis on taking projects past planning, through technical documentation and construction stages.
