Job summary

Rhythm Careers are seeking an Architectural Technologist with strong Revit abilities and basement experience for a top AJ100 listed practice. You’ll join a residential team working on mixed-use schemes across the UK, including apartments, student accommodation and co-living projects.

You’ll be highly technical, progressing projects from planning through technical documentation to construction, in a role with a market-leading hybrid working policy.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit abilities and BIM experience.
• Experience with basement design or basements.
• Involvement in residential led mixed-use schemes.
• Ability to advance projects through planning to construction.

Responsibilities

Rhythm Careers are actively seeking to find an Architectural Technologist with strong Revit abilities, and basement experience to join a top AJ100 listed practice.

This well known practice, with over 300 architects, technologists and interior designers is now recruiting for their flourishing residential team.

You'll be working on residential led mixed use projects, consisting of new build apartment complexes, student accommodation and co-living schemes across the U.K, with an emphasis on RIBA stages 4&5.

You'll be highly technical in your skillset, and using Revit, you'll be working as part of a team with a particular emphasis on taking projects past planning, through technical documentation and construction stages.
