Job summary

Rhythm Careers is seeking an Architect for a well-established architecture and design practice in the UK. The role focuses on residential-led mixed-use and commercial projects, including new-build and retrofit schemes across the UK, using Revit.

You will join a team with emphasis on taking projects past planning, through technical documentation and construction stages. The firm offers a market-leading hybrid working policy, with up to three days per week remote work and attractive employee

Qualifications

• Architectural qualification and registration (RIBA or equivalent).
• Experience on residential-led mixed-use and commercial projects in the UK.
• Strong technical documentation and detailing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical documentation through planning, design development, and construction stages.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver schemes on time and within budget.

This architecture and design practice of 300, is recruiting an Architect with strong technical abilities to join their team.

You’ll be working on residential led mixed use and commercial projects, consisting of new build and retrofit schemes across the U.K.

Using Revit, you’ll be working as part of a team with a particular emphasis on taking projects past planning, through technical documentation and construction stages.
