Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Architect to join their team and lead healthcare and education projects through all RIBA stages. ARB registration and Revit proficiency are essential, with strong Part 3 experience in a UK practice.

You will produce detailed project information, liaise with contractors, attend design team meetings and site visits, and work independently or in a team to deliver high-quality drawings and designs.

Qualifications

• ARB registered.
• Strong Post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience working on projects within the education or healthcare sector is desirable.
• Experience working across all RIBA work stages.
• Excellent drawing and design skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
