• Leading the architectural scope of projects from concept to completion
• Development of project documentation (Architectural Design, Planning stages)
• Coordination and supervision of consultants and related disciplines
• Integration of all consultants’ inputs into master plans
• Optimisation of architectural solutions in terms of timelines, budget and technical feasibility
• Degree in Architecture (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect, including lead roles
• Portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit or equivalent software
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
