Job description

This consistent AJ top 10 practice, one of the first recognised practices to become 'B Corp' accredited, is experiencing another phase of growth in their South Wales location. They have 9 strategically placed studios with 300 members of staff and are now seeking an Architect in Cardiff with healthcare experience.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your design skills across various building types, including presenting to clients. You will manage multiple schemes, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met to client satisfaction.

To succeed, you should be able to work at any project stage, developing designs with initiative. Strong verbal communication skills are essential to explain the evolution of concept designs, and previous healthcare sector experience is required. Revit skills are desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
