Available for joining a leading architecture, engineering, and construction company with a global presence. They are currently looking for passionate architects to work on a new project in their defence sector.

Please note: This project is not due to start until January; therefore, onboarding will take place in the new year.

The company has 14 offices worldwide and a diverse portfolio. They are renowned for their sustainable approach to projects. This role offers the chance to work fully remotely, with travel to the site when needed. Candidates should live within a 50-mile radius of Peterborough.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Develop architectural designs to ensure solutions meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
2. Conduct site surveys and review information, adhering to code requirements.
3. Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following office standards.
4. Visit sites to ensure compliance with construction documents; identify deviations and liaise with owners and contractors to resolve issues.
5. Support team members and work effectively within a team.
6. Report progress and updates to directors.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience managing projects and small teams of up to 6 members.
• Proficient in technical project stages.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience with MOD projects is highly desirable; experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, or multi-family residential projects is also considered.
• Must be within a commutable distance of Peterborough.
• Owning a car and having a driver’s license is essential.
