Job summary

Locri Recruitment is seeking an experienced Architect to join an established Cambridge architectural practice. The role focuses on RIBA Stages 3–7, with emphasis on design and technical delivery, in a hybrid working environment.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years post-qualification experience, with strong knowledge of heritage or conservation projects preferred. Revit and AutoCAD experience essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience as an Architect.
• Experience with heritage or conservation is beneficial.
• Proven ability to work across RIBA Stages 3–7.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–7.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on varied projects.
• Contribute to heritage/conservation projects where applicable.

I’m currently working with an established architectural practice in Cambridge who are looking to appoint an experienced Architect to join their growing team.

The practice has a strong reputation across architecture, heritage and conservation, working on a varied portfolio including cultural, public, education, residential and commercial projects.
