Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited in Cambridge is seeking an Architect or Senior Architect to join their team and contribute to prestigious projects, including iconic historic buildings.

You will bring at least 5 years post-qualification experience in a UK practice, strong design skills, and knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and NBS is essential, with experience across RIBA stages 3–7 and some conservation work.

They provide a start to finish architectural service that integrates funding and planning advice, consultancy, building surveying, conservation and contemporary architecture. They now have an new opportunity within their Cambridge studio for an Architect or Senior Architect to join their team and contribute to prestigious projects, working on iconic historic buildings.

The successful candidate will require :-

• At least 5 years post qualification experience within a UK-based architectural practice.
• Strong design skills and knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations.
• Proven experience working across RIBA stages 3 to 7 (conservation experience is desirable).
• Experience working on a broad range of project sizes and values.
• Be well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be a proficient user of AutoCAD, Revit and NBS software.
