Job summary

Hunter Dunning is recruiting an Architect for an employee‑owned, design‑led practice in Cambridge. The role covers education, residential, and mixed‑use schemes across multiple RIBA stages, ensuring design intent, programme requirements and quality standards.

The candidate will have 5+ years post Part III UK experience, strong leadership across projects, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. UK regulations, coordinating consultants and stakeholders, and effective workload management are

Responsibilities

• Lead education, residential, and mixed-use projects across multiple RIBA stages while maintaining design intent, programme requirements and quality standards
• Maintain design integrity and ensure compliance with UK regulations and standards
• Coordinate consultants, clients, stakeholders and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget

Cambridge | Salary up to £50,000 | Hybrid working with two days working from home each week after probation

Hunter Dunning is working with an employee-owned, design-led Architecture practice to recruit an Architect. The role will lead education, residential, and mixed-use projects across multiple RIBA stages while maintaining design intent, programme requirements, and quality standards.

Your Experience

• Minimum of five years post Part III professional experience within the United Kingdom
• Strong knowledge across all RIBA stages with project leadership experience
• Confident using Revit and AutoCAD for detailed technical drawing packages
• Education project experience is advantageous rather than essential
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards
• Experience coordinating consultants, clients, stakeholders, and contractors
• Strong workload management, interpersonal, and communication skills
