There is a fantastic opportunity to work for a small, led practice of 9 in central Bath, which also has a Cardiff location and a great client base. They handle projects ranging from £1m to £20m across community, commercial, housing, and defence sectors, and are currently recruiting for an Architect following new instructions from clients.

You will manage your own projects and collaborate with Partners on larger commissions, utilizing your design and delivery skills. The role involves presenting to clients and attending site meetings as projects develop.

We are interested in hearing from RIBA Chartered Architects with experience managing projects, overseeing tender information, and administering contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing architectural assistants and be proficient with REVIT. The company is growing steadily, backed financially, with a healthy pipeline for the upcoming year. They prefer to promote internally and are based in a central location with many amenities nearby.
