HelloKindred is seeking a Program Manager, Architecture Portfolio to lead the delivery of the Architecture Portfolio within the CTO organisation. The role requires delivering governance, planning, and executive oversight across multiple architecture initiatives to support technology modernisation and strategic change.

You will collaborate with senior architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into executable delivery plans, manage risks, and maintain

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large-scale technology programmes or portfolios.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and technology strategy.
Experience establishing portfolio governance and executive reporting structures.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage the Architecture Portfolio governance framework and roadmaps.
Lead end-to-end coordination of architecture programmes across CTO and business lines.
Collaborate with Chief/Domain Architects and leaders to translate strategy into delivery plans.
Manage portfolio dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions at scale.
Provide governance, investment tracking, and executive reporting to senior leadership.
