Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in Sheffield is seeking a Program Manager (Architecture Portfolio) to establish and drive the Architecture Portfolio within the CTO organisation. You will provide leadership, governance, and delivery oversight across multiple architecture initiatives aligned to technology strategy and enterprise standards.

This strategic role requires senior stakeholder management, experience with portfolio governance, and the ability to coordinate global, interdependent workstreams

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale technology programmes or portfolios.
• Strong Enterprise Architecture and technology transformation delivery.
• Experience with portfolio governance, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience managing complex dependencies across global teams.
• Experience in large financial services environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage Architecture Portfolio governance framework.
• Lead end-to-end coordination of architecture programmes.
• Translate strategy into executable delivery plans with stakeholders.
• Manage portfolio dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Drive portfolio governance, reporting, and reviews.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
• Ensure alignment with CTO strategy and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate funding, budgeting, and investment reporting.
• Foster collaboration across Architecture, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Business teams.
• Support portfolio management processes and continuous improvement.
• Provide clear reporting to senior CTO leadership.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and controls.
