Job summary

ManpowerGroup in the United Kingdom is seeking two experienced Arborists/Climbers for their Burton-on-Trent team. The roles offer a permanent, full-time contract with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:30, and a hourly rate of £15–£17 with overtime where applicable.

Candidates should have CS30/CS31/CS32/CS38/CS39 qualifications plus a Woodchipper ticket, a full UK driving licence, and a solid track record in arboriculture. Excellent safety awareness and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Arborist with a focus on high-quality tree care.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence is required.
• Hold relevant industry qualifications (CS30/CS31/CS32/CS38/CS39 and Woodchipper).

Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence and work with internal and field teams.
• Liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.
• Contribute to safe, efficient arboricultural operations.

Arborist (Climbers)
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time

About the role

Our client provide a range of Arboricultural Operations including tree removals, crown thinning/reductions/lifting, deadwooding and tree planting, as well as ongoing tree maintenance. We are now looking for 2 talented and experienced Arborists/Climbers, to join our team in Burton-on-Trent. Requirements

• Proven experience as an Arborist, with an eye for detail and passion for high quality tree care
• Excellent understanding of arboriculture, safety protocols, care & maintenance of all equipment, plus the ability to undertake operations safely and competently, with a can-do attitude.
• Working closely with both internal & field-based teams and clients, you will help drive operational excellence, support team development, and uphold the company's reputation in forestry and arboriculture services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence
• Hold Relevant Industry Qualifications - these will be essential
