Oxford Botanic Garden, the UK’s oldest botanic garden, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the plant collection at the arboretum, working closely with the Curator and Senior Arborist to uphold high arboricultural standards. Additionally, you will contribute to educational activities, including event delivery and supervising trainees and volunteers.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic about arboretum maintenance and development. You should have an N.D., N.V.Q., or N.C.H. in Arboriculture or a related field, with proven practical industry experience. Strong knowledge of woody plants and the ability to work effectively in a small team are essential. Relevant NPTC qualifications such as CS30.1, CS30.2, CS31, CS38, and CS39 are required.
