Job summary

Lanpro, a market-leading consultancy, is seeking an Arboricultural specialist to coordinate surveys, prepare reports and support with Arboricultural Method Statements across projects from pre-planning to construction. You will work within a busy team, delivering high-quality tree reports and assessments.

The role requires a degree in Arboriculture or related environmental discipline, knowledge of BS5837:2012, driving licence, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Arboriculture, Forestry or related environmental discipline.
• Experience in a similar advisory role with project delivery.
• Proficiency in tree surveying per BS5837:2012 and related software.
• Ability to write high-quality reports with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate arboricultural surveys and prepare reports and plans per BS5837:2012.
• Support delivery of Tree Survey Reports, Arboricultural Impact Assessments and Method Statements.
• Undertake arboricultural monitoring and supervision on active sites.
• Carry out tree risk assessments and related risk management.
• Identify veteran and ancient arboricultural features and advise clients.
• Prepare quotations for arboricultural services and assist with client relations.
• Support development of new arboricultural specialisms within the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide pragmatic technical solutions.
