Job summary

King & Spalding LLP in London seeks a Paralegal to support lawyers on international arbitration, cross-border litigation and related disputes. You will organize case files, assist with filings, witness materials and hearing bundles, and support pre- and post-hearing tasks.

Strong English, detail orientation and teamwork are essential. Role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in litigation/arbitration support in a mid-to-large firm or similar environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience supporting complex international disputes matters in arbitration or litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, lawyers, staff, vendors and others.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team across offices/time zones.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document-management platforms; familiarity with AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and formatting of arbitration filings, submissions and witness materials.
• Cite-check and footnote review for long submissions and hearing bundles.
• Organise case documents, pleadings, exhibits, and databases; manage document-management systems.
• Prepare chronologies, summaries, exhibit lists and hearing indexes.
• Conduct factual and legal research for matters and authorities.
• Coordinate translations and liaise with vendors and local counsel.
• Assist at hearings and post-hearing tasks and logistics.
• Supervise junior staff on large matters as needed.
