You will have a vital and proactive role in supporting the educational, social, emotional, communication, and physical development of learners with Special Educational Needs.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join the team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with passionate teachers to help adapt and bring the curriculum to life, breaking down barriers and unlocking each learner's potential. You will actively participate in organizing class activities, lead engaging small group and 1:1 sessions, and help create a vibrant learning environment where every learner can thrive, feel valued, and achieve beyond expectations.

The role requires appropriate qualifications; relevant experience in a similar role is desirable. An appreciation of the needs and support of others, such as experience in care, is transferable. The right candidate should have a desire to assist in the learning and educational development of children. An understanding and commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children are vital.
