Duration: Mon - Friday, 32.5 hours // Permanent

We are working alongside a dynamic and inspiring secondary school in North Cornwall. The school offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting the educational, social, emotional, communication, and physical development of learners with Special Educational Needs. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join the team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with passionate teachers to adapt and bring the curriculum to life, breaking down barriers and unlocking each learner's potential. You will actively participate in organizing class activities, lead engaging small group and 1:1 sessions, and help create a vibrant learning environment where every learner can thrive, feel valued, and achieve beyond expectations.

The role requires appropriate qualifications; relevant experience is desirable. Experience in care or similar roles is transferable. A desire to assist in the learning and development of children and a commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children are essential.
