Duration: Mon - Friday, 32.5 hours per week, Permanent

We are collaborating with a dynamic secondary school in North Cornwall. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the educational, social, emotional, communication, and physical development of learners with Special Educational Needs. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant.

In this role, you will work closely with passionate teachers, help adapt and bring the curriculum to life, break down barriers, and unlock each learner's potential. You will actively participate in organizing class activities, lead small group and 1:1 sessions, and help create a vibrant learning environment where all learners can thrive, feel valued, and achieve beyond expectations.

Qualifications are required, with relevant experience in a similar role being desirable. Experience in care or related fields is transferable. A strong desire to support children's learning and development, along with a commitment to safeguarding and children's welfare, is essential.
