Job Role

As the AR Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for Credit Control, Dispute Management, and Commercial Support activities. Your role is key in motivating, coaching, and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the AR Credit Manager with KPI performance reviews, risk assessments, and ad hoc reporting. Ensure a professional and cooperative service for internal and external customers.
• Drive team engagement through objective setting, PDR management, 1:1 meetings, feedback sessions, team meetings, and adherence to company Values & Behaviours.
• Provide accurate and timely information to the business, maintaining records for reporting and audit purposes.
• Manage and develop the team to meet KPIs and contribute to overall business targets.
• Ensure daily performance targets and productivity are achieved.
• Coordinate external audit requests and operate within the business controls framework, following relevant policies.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience managing a team
• Proven experience in credit control and/or query resolution roles
• Knowledge of processing commercial claims and related systems
• Customer service experience
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP

Suitable candidates may include current Accounts Receivable Supervisors, Managers, AR Lead, Credit and Collections Supervisors, Billing and Receivables Supervisors, Finance Team Leaders, or Lead Accounts Receivable Managers.
