Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers and send invoices or obtain hard copies.
• Handle cash application and allocation per remittance; perform deep validation and reporting.
• Collaborate across AR entities to manage aged receivables and DRR reconciliation.
• Create/update SOPs; address client queries and resolve disputes across departments.
