Qualifications

• Experience in AR processes and cash application.
• Understanding of multi-entity AR and intercompany remittances.
• Knowledge of cash allocation and remittance validation.
• Experience with real estate clients is a plus.
• Ability to create and update SOPs and process documents.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls, email/invoice customers and mail documents as requested.
• Handle cash application against remittances with timely DRR.
• Reconcile orders, validate credits/debits, and pursue collections.
• Collaborate across AR entities and manage aged receivables.
• Respond to queries and coordinate with other departments for resolution.
• Follow up on disputes and ensure accurate, confidential processing.
