Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting/commerce/economics/finance or Master's in finance.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate credential.
• Experience in AR, AR collection, cash application, collections management, and deductions management.
• Dutch language proficiency at C2 level.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers and send invoices or copies as requested.
• Master cash allocation in line with customer remittances and provide reports.
• Process cash applications and allocate payments per remittances.
• Coordinate across AR entities and manage aged receivables.
• Create and update standard operating procedures and related updates.
• Handle client queries and information professionally and promptly.
• Identify unidentified cash and manage end-to-end cash application processes.
• Reconcile orders with customer books and communicate credits/debits for collection or refunds.
