Job summary

Success Talent in Watford is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to own a busy AP & AR function in a 100% office-based role.

You will lead a team of 5+ , drive collections, reduce overdue debt, oversee supplier payments and the full AP cycle, and support cash-flow forecasting and month-end close.

Experience with Sage 200, SAP, Dynamics or NetSuite and strong Excel skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with people-management skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Sage 200, SAP, Dynamics or NetSuite and strong Excel capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5+ across AP & AR.
• Drive collections and reduce overdue debt / DSO.
• Oversee supplier payments and the full AP cycle.
• Manage cash allocation, reconciliations and customer balances.
• Monitor AP/AR ageing and support cash-flow forecasting.
• Improve processes, controls and automation.
• Support month-end and year-end close.
