Job summary

Success Talent in Watford is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to own a busy AP & AR function in a 100% office-based role.

You will lead a team of 5+ , drive collections, reduce overdue debt, oversee supplier payments and the full AP cycle, and support cash-flow forecasting and month-end close.

Experience with Sage 200, SAP, Dynamics or NetSuite and strong Excel skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with people-management skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Sage 200, SAP, Dynamics or NetSuite and strong Excel capability.

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager to take ownership of a busy AP & AR function within a successful international business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to manage people, tighten processes, improve cash flow and keep AP & AR running brilliantly.

What you’ll own

• Lead and develop a team of 5+ across AP & AR
• Drive collections and reduce overdue debt / DSO
• Oversee supplier payments and the full AP cycle
• Manage cash allocation, reconciliations and customer balances
• Monitor AP/AR ageing and support cash-flow forecasting
• Improve processes, controls and automation
• Support month-end and year-end close

What we’re looking for

You’ll have strong experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, together with proven people-management skills.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Sage 200, SAP, Dynamics or NetSuite and strong Excel capability will be highly valuable.
