Impulse Leisure is seeking a Swimming Instructor in Grays to support the Centre Manager in delivering a high-quality, safe aquatics programme. You will help supervise sessions and foster a positive environment for swimmers and staff.

Responsibilities include developing the Aquatics Swimming Programme and ensuring overall safety and conduct during classes, preventing injuries and protecting facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising aquatics swimming programmes.
• Ability to maintain safety and behaviour within class environments.
