ELA Active, who run Impington Sports Centre, is recruiting a Level 2 Swimming Teacher partly based in Impington.

You will deliver safe, engaging, and progressive swimming lessons to swimmers aged 3 years to adults, following the Swim England framework. You’ll adapt sessions to a range of abilities, monitor progress, and communicate with parents.

Maintain accurate class registers and provide constructive feedback to swimmers, and apply by 17 July 2026.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging, and progressive swimming lessons following the Swim England framework.
• Teach swimmers aged 3 years through to adults across a range of abilities.
• Support swimmers in developing technique, confidence, and water safety skills.
• Maintain accurate class registers and provide constructive feedback to swimmers and parents.
