Job summary

PURDEY is seeking a junior shooting instructor to join our team. You will coach clients from novices to experienced shots, cover field and clays, and work across departments to deliver top-class experiences.

The role requires APSI qualification, a full UK driving licence, shotgun certificate, and CRB checks for teaching young people. You will work Tue-Sat at PRB as main location and grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified experienced APSI instructor.
• Ability to teach a full column, give lessons, driving ranges, competition entries, engage with clients.
• Ability to give briefings, present results and prizegiving to corporate groups.
• Ability to attend and possibly host game days depending upon experience.
• Ability to work full-time Tuesday- Saturday with PRB as main location.
• Full UK driving license.
• Valid shotgun certificate.
• CRB check to teach young people.
• Team player and ability to help on the grounds when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coach a wide variety of clients ranging from novices to experienced shots.
• Collaborate with different departments of the shooting ground to deliver experiences.
• Deliver high-quality coaching and ensure client satisfaction.
