Job summary

Headway UK is seeking a part-time team member to support the Approved Provider Scheme for brain injury services. You will conduct assessments, write clear reports, and work with Lead Assessors and Service User Perspective Assessors across the UK to uphold standards.

The role suits professionals with brain injury experience, relevant qualifications, and strong report writing, IT, and communication skills. Flexible home-based or Nottingham office work is available, with days and hours to fit 21

Qualifications

• Experience in the brain injury field is essential.
• Ability to write clear, actionable reports.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Approved Provider assessments and visit brain injury units to evaluate services and make recommendations.
• Write and review assessment reports highlighting strengths and development areas.
• Support the development and growth of the Approved Provider scheme and onboarding of new units.
• Coordinate with freelance Lead Assessors and Service User Perspective Assessors across the UK.
