Job description

Our Client

A specialist provider of electrical and instrumentation services to the offshore, petrochemical, whisky distillation, and domestic industries currently requires Approved Electricians to work on various industrial projects in the Moray / Spey area.

Main responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and inspections at various industrial and commercial premises
• Complete relevant reports
• Diagnose and rectify problems
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Work in accordance with relevant statutory regulations, SJIB codes of practice, and customer site-specific rules

Requirements:

• Previous industrial and commercial work experience including but not limited to: cable tray/ladder installation, SWA/instrument cabling, motor terminations, etc.
• SVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation certificate or satisfactorily completed an equivalent course approved by the SJIB
• Up to date with BS7671 regulations
• ECS card
• Current and valid UK driving licence and/or access to own transport (advantageous)

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday (dayshift) with overtime available
