Job summary

Try Temps Limited is seeking an experienced Approved Electrician to work primarily at a food production facility, with additional assignments at customer sites across the Midlands and occasionally further afield.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, with weekly gross pay of £735.00–£780.00 and overtime opportunities; specialist tools may be provided and a company van could be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• JIB Gold Card and Approved Electrician status.
• Up-to-date 18th Edition qualification.
• Inspection and Testing qualification.
• Valid IPAF qualification.
• Own transport and general electrical tools.
• Professional, presentable approach for food production environments.
• Willingness to travel across the Midlands and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily at a food production facility and at customer sites across the Midlands.
• Travel to sites across the Midlands and occasionally further afield.
• Carry out electrical installations, testing and maintenance to required standards.

Pay: £735.00-£780.00 gross per week, plus overtime

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced Approved Electrician to work primarily at a food production facility, with additional work at customer sites across the Midlands and occasionally further afield.

The company has worked with its main customer for over 20 years, providing a consistent workload and the opportunity to work across a variety of sites.

Pay and Benefits

• £735.00gross per week with a company vehicle (£18.38 per hour).
• £780.00 gross per week without a company vehicle (£19.54 per hour).
• 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities.
• Overtime rates to be discussed with suitable candidates.
• Specialist tools provided where required.
• A company van may be available for the right candidate.

Weekly pay figures are based on 40 hours, before tax and National Insurance, and exclude overtime.
