Job summary
Hesley Group is seeking an Approved Electrician to join our Estates and Facilities Team in Doncaster. You will maintain electrical systems across education and residential care sites, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, testing and EICRs, fault finding and small installation projects.
The role requires strong knowledge of electrical regulations, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate contractors while prioritising safety and service delivery for vulnerable people.
Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- 18th Edition BS 7671 wiring regulations
- Experience carrying out inspection, testing and EICRs
- Electrical maintenance and fault finding experience
- Strong understanding of electrical regs and health & safety requirements
- Ability to manage workloads, priorities and deadlines
- Experience supervising contractors or coordinating external works
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain electrical systems across multiple sites.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and EICR testing.
- Perform fault finding and minor installation projects.
- Coordinate contractors and manage stock and resources.
- Ensure works meet health and safety requirements.
