Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing skills gaps, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring quality training delivery. This position requires strong IT skills and the ability to foster professional relationships. A full-time commitment with competitive salary ranging from £29,400 to £37,000 is offered, along with various benefits including holiday and healthcare options.

Qualifications

• Hold a qualification or have experience in the subject area.
• Have up-to-date industry knowledge.
• Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete skills reviews with apprentices and employers.
• Develop individual training plans tailored to candidate needs.
• Support the delivery of high-quality training to exceed awarding body standards.
• Monitor candidate progress and provide support toward completion of portfolios.
