Zusammenfassung

DN Colleges Group is seeking an Apprenticeship Trainer Assessor to support the delivery of apprenticeship programmes within Health, Social Care and Childcare across North Lindsey College and Doncaster College. This role involves training, assessment, learner support and quality assurance to ensure excellent learner outcomes.

You will work with employers, apprentices and teams to deliver across levels 2–5, participate in verification activities and help maintain compliance with funding

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualification, ideally in a Health and/or Social Care related subject.
• Experience of working within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to support, assess and guide learners effectively throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to equality, safeguarding, quality assurance and professional development.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and assess apprenticeship programmes in Health and Social Care across a range of levels.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with employers to support apprenticeship delivery and learner progression.
• Provide high-quality advice, guidance and support to learners from enrolment through to successful completion.
• Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities in a variety of settings, including workplace, classroom and online environments.
• Conduct learner reviews, assessments and verification activities in line with awarding body and funding requirements.
• Maintain accurate learner records, attendance data and progress reports.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes, course reviews, self-assessment and curriculum development activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support successful apprenticeship delivery.
• Participate in team meetings, performance reviews and continuing professional development activities.
