East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service in Lewes is seeking a seasoned lead to oversee apprenticeship programmes across the Service. You will manage the learner journey from onboarding to achievement, provide expert advice on funding, levy, quality assurance and compliance, and strengthen partnerships with providers and external bodies.

Formación

• Experience coordinating apprenticeship and workforce development programmes.
• Knowledge of governance, quality assurance and Ofsted requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery and development of apprenticeship programmes across the Service
• Coordinate each apprenticeship from onboarding to completion and achievement
• Provide specialist advice on apprenticeship funding, levy, quality assurance and compliance
• Monitor learner progress and support learners and managers to successful outcomes
• Lead apprenticeship governance, audit readiness and inspection preparation including Ofsted requirements
• Analyse performance data and recommend improvements to participation, achievement and quality
• Build relationships with training providers, awarding organisations and external partners
• Promote inclusion, safeguarding, wellbeing and learner success across all apprenticeship activity
