Job summary

Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Talent for Care Apprenticeship Administrator to support apprenticeship programmes and other TFC activities. The role involves delivering a professional administrative service, handling data governance, creating marketing materials, and attending apprenticeship events across the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, confidential and proactive administrative service to the Team as the first point of contact to staff and external stakeholders.
• Support the Team with comprehensive administrative tasks and data handling.
• Facilitate smooth running of the service under supervision of senior colleagues.
• Act as an ambassador for the Department and for the Trust with external contacts.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and support apprenticeship events and marketing materials.
